Everything we do is in an effort to improve our service and quality. In order to continue our success, we must constantly work to maintain and surpass the standards we have set.

Every employee of Revolution is expected to uphold these standards.

Working here involves a great deal of commitment and energy, both essential elements of insuring quality products go out the door. We do extensive training. Employees begin with a 14-day orientation period and training continues throughout the length of employment. We have very high expectations and we insist on commitment. We know that working here is not for everybody. We don't expect everyone who is looking for work to make that large of a commitment to a job.
